At Gambling Degenerate, all of our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
